Jenny joined Fortnum in November 2017 and is responsible for the group’s operations functions which includes onboarding advice firms and facilitating their transition into Fortnum, overseeing weekly brokerage processing;, and providing operational support to Fortnum’s advice firms.

With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Jenny has vast expertise in all aspects of financial planning, the advice process and support services for both salaried and aligned licensees. She has also completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Economics) and Master of Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales.

She brings depth and breadth of knowledge and experience garnered from roles that included business analyst, advice model consulting and, operations manager. Jenny worked with organisations such as Commonwealth Financial Planning, BW Financial Advice and dealer groups, Matrix Planning Solutions and ClearView Wealth where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations function including onboarding, ongoing professional development and dealer group events.

Jenny’s primary responsibility to drive an efficient and robust operational model, she oversees Fortnum’s day to day Operations function to ensure our advice firms experience a seamless transition to Fortnum and are well supported once they have joined the Fortnum community.
