It’s exciting when a new practice joins Fortnum, although there is no denying a lot of work is involved to change licensees. It’s for this reason we have a fully guided and hands on onboarding process and continue with intensive support for the following 12 months and beyond.

New practices are issued with a personalised transition plan so that they have a clear roadmap for their transition. Support doesn’t stop there it continues as Forntum’s practice engagement team supports practices to achieve their goals.

Once onboard, our Operations team provides support with revenue management including brokerage, client fee collection options and client transitions as well as licensee obligations in relation to ASIC and Financial Adviser Register maintenance
